kinda reminds me of Great Giros
though... he kinda looks more interesting
like... his body is even more snake-y and his feet are webbed AND he seems to be somewhat glowe-y?
the green stripes... or are those just pieces where he doesn't have any scale, thus showin his green flesh :/
