this is fanart of Celeste Morne, a Jedi secret agent of the Old Republic and maine protagonist of the Star Wars Comic Crossover "Vector"
Vector combined the storylines of four comic stories that were published during the same time "Knights of the Old Republic", "Dark Times", "Rebellion" and "Legacy"
Celeste Morne worked for the Jedi secret service 4000 years before the battle of Yavin (that takes place in episode IV - A new Hope). She was a so called "shadow" and was hunting Sith and sith artefacts. During her adventures she became possessed by the amulet of the ancient Sith Lord Karnes Muur, an artefact that could transform most species in the galaxis into mindless monsters called Rakghouls. Celeste now holds the old Sith spirit captive within her soul, but step by step comes closer to madness
Whoever is interested can search for the Star Wars comics Vector, but for a better understanding of the maine plot it would be best to read the storylines too that I listed up above^^

I remember reading the Vector crossover shortly after it came out though it must have been around ten years though with this and your other picture I'm going to have to see if I've still got some of the trade paperbacks or otherwise I can always look for them online. They really did have some epic storylines and a lot of good characters, just a pity really that it's all non-canonical now though perhaps Celeste Morne might one day be brought back. Likewise I'm really hoping we get to see K'kruhk some day.
