Yeah, I though that girl in the second panel looked familiar, but I couldn't place her at first till I looked harder at her face, looked back through the FFC archieves and discovered that it's one of the waitress from the cafe -- Shira, who was sympathetic towards Muko after her fight with Malita and gave Cookie the money.

Yeah, that looks like Adel's giant hand and glove touching Cookie's head in the bottom panel. But Brettico70 may have meant the girl in the second panel! It's Shira, one of the waitresses from the cafe. She was the one waitress who gave the prize money to Cookie after the Muko/Kalita fight and was sympathetic to Muko.

Yeah at this point We have a complete shift in popularity right now. Muko , who was despised being way too much dumb for her own good, at least she show soem loyalty and while misguided she genuinely though Cookie and Nyarai as genuine friends and not in lecherous way. Cookie that was actually more popular and interesting now show soem callousness and egoism, caring absolutely nothing about the inexperienced Combagal she just thrown in a lion den and is being pulverized in front of her own eyes....what the fuck indeed!

I argee. The audience is exploding into a fired-up frenzy over this between the Nyarai fans and the Adel fans (with Mellow, fish-man Fishkopf and Shira the one pro-Muko waitress being Muko
s only fanbase.) You have to admit it's exciting to read.

This page shows that Nyarai has become a polarizing character with the audience. Her cruelty has made her popular with the most bloodthirsty members of the spectators, but she has been alienated from the others who are still fans of Adelgund. Also, nice to see that Muko has another fan besides Mellow and fish guy in the group by having one of the cafe ladies visit her match.

Yeah, I think it was an unsuspected surprise to see one of the cafe waitresses, Shira, be in the audience watching Muko. She gained a liking for Muko after the fight with Kalita and expressed her sympathy with the money to her and Cookie, It's sweet of her that she still has a heart for the rabbit, it seems.

It's very interesting to me how the area audience is worked up over the one-sided Muko/Nyarai drama, being divided between Nyarai fans and those who are fans of Adel, as well as the few three who are there for (Muko Mellow, Shira and Fishkopf.)
