After a talk with my good buddy 
icefrozen2010, he introduced me to Schrodinger the cat boy from Hellsing, and he's one of those characters that you can just tell right away is extremely ticklish. lol So we both decided that he needed some military-sanctioned tickle torture, courtesy of army babe Esdeath from Akame Ga Kill. The idea here is that Schrodinger, when tickled and begging for release, loses control and involuntarily slips into his native German. XD I've seen similar things happen in tickling videos before, and it was super cute. Icefrozen, being a native speaker whereas I am not, helped me with the translation. If you're wondering what he's saying, it's this:
"No please! Not that! Not the spot under the ball of my foot! My feet are too ticklish there!" XP

I remember Schrodinger quite well, cute if a little creepy and he could be a bit of a brat so he would deserve a good tickling. Given that he was effectively completely immortal and capable of teleporting anywhere being as he said, 'everywhere and nowhere' I think tickling might be the most effective way to deal with him. I imagine for Esdeath to have managed to get him in one place and set up for this she's likely to have been rather cunning and maybe Schrodinger is so ticklish that he can't concentrate to teleport himself out of this situation or maybe despite his protests he does enjoy it.
