You can save a lot of prims by using well detailed textures. It looks like a nice build but when you build to sell you have to keep in mind that most SL residents do not have a place to rez something that primmy. Most people hosting big events don't even use stages with that many prims. Honestly, you should consider creating a low prim version as well say something between 60 and 90 prims.
