UTA Dan's ranged support, Oddy, in his version of the uniform. Oddy sort of got a raw deal as far as he's concerned. A sleeveless, shorter-legged version of this uniform design was originally intended for Postie, who deferred it.

Like Karma's, Oddy's uniform is tear-resistant, though it's not quite as light. His shirt is kind of loose because during certain attacks, his leaves rise and start shaking. The paintbrush is just something he carries around often, but it doesn't actually go into battle with him.

The attack being used is Sweet Scent.
