Y'know, this journal says content from character creators is permitted, so what the heck. I made this in the City of Heroes costume editor, which is certainly used for creating characters!
This one's pretty simple, but you can do some really funky stuff with it.

True story: Loaded into the noob zone in Mercy Island - which is on the Villain side, of course - and had some dude yelling WOO, DAT BUTT! TONI GOT DONK!
