I’m a fan of the Rush series, huge even. Could you guys tell?
I was listening to the awesome Sonic Rush soundtrack while I was working on this one; I think some of that bled through in my work and this description. LOL.
I don’t know when its gonna happen, I don’t even know if it will happen, but I’ve been sitting on the edge of my seat waiting on a sequel to Sonic Rush Adventure since the second I finished that game. So I guess you guys can consider this picture a bit of wishful thinking on my end. C’mon Sega, Sonic Rush 3DS! The name writes itself!
This drawing was a bit of A New Venture on my end. I’m still focusing on practicing my craft with this tablet, but this time I took my time and really focused on a few of the little things. Some of the details I’m used to adding to my work. I decided it was time to Get Edgy and knock a little more rust off and go that extra mile.
So a little Metal Scratchin later and this was the end result. A cool little throwback to one of the most iconic images of the series.
So what do you guys think? Is Sonic Rush 3 What U Need? Will it Raise U Up?
I’ll get back to practicing in the meantime and I promise I won’t make half as many bad music puns in the next post. ^^
