Gryphe Padar makes the feline taurs i believe, look him up, he has a shop he may have some for sale currently. There's also another company who makes them but you have to texture them yourself. I'm unsure of what the other company is called. Try visiting various furry malls in game (North Star Mall, Furnation's Sky Mall, etc) and see what you can find.
I've also seen people successfully mod Centaurs to be cat-taurs and stuff.
