I always enjoy getting to do mind flayer-esque monster designs, so I honestly can never turn them down, hahaha. They wanted her to be a bit more 'authentic' illithid and based more heavily after the design shown in Baldur's gate with the elongated skull, so that's exactly what I did! \0/ <333
