Surely, he won’t notice just a tiny, insignificant piece missing, right? Certainly not a lot, only enough to make some earrings, and maybe a matching ring. Some wrist bangles would be nice… and of course she would need a matching necklace. Is a belly ring too gaudy? Gem dust laced eyeliner would be lovely and she hasn’t gotten a new choker in like what, a whole week? I bet green is a great color for a belt buckle and an accompanying tail ring would be cute too… Hmm, maybe she shouldn’t have left her pick axe at home…
Pro Tip #1 for Large Gem Guardians: Never leave your precious stone in a place where Rouge the Bat can get to it.

Poor Knux, man can’t catch a break. It’s bad enough that his enemies are after the Master Emerald, but his allies too?
Had some fun with this one. I was honestly just looking for an excuse to draw Rouge and this is the first idea that popped into my head. I just wanted to get the idea on paper so everything is pretty basic here outside of the feature character. I love how the bat came out in this pic, easily my fav Rouge to date.
This was a good amount of fun. Now I have some serious commission work to get started on. If anyone is interested in that be sure to get in touch with me. I’m sure we can work something out.
