My charmeleon form knows PSI, but to an extent in which it was falsely concentrated into dangerous blasts.

Like, her PSI rocket would rocket her through Stainless Steel.

and her PK Fire can Blow up rocks.

Echi calls this, CPSI. "concentrated PSI" (for all people who don't know, CPSI actually does not exist, again, this is fan Shit. >:C)

The Scarf around her neck keeps the PSI concentrated, if the Scarf isn't touching her, then the PSI becomes normal, and even a tad weaker than usual.

Usually, she wears a Gown-like Dress. This is just her "pool Attire" XP
