My Belgian draft horse Thomas Brabant as he might appear in Zootopia. Normally, I draw him as his superhero alterego Power Hoss. Here, he appears in his civilian career as an electrician. Apparently, he's just fixed some electrical problem and is testing to see if the light works.

Actually, my other character Streamline the otter has powers kind of like that. He can connect to the internet with his mind. With Power Hoss, I think he'll be able to sense and control electricity, but as far as talking to computers, that's more Streamline's department.
