He's saying that anyone can eat a cookie off a cookie tree and it'll give you a happy tum tum, but if you eat one and a some sorta stimuli that makes you feel little, you'll end up being lil and every lil thing will make you feel lil'er and lil'er until the paci in your mouth seems like the coolest thing in the world ^(0)^
Also, cardboard boxes are space ships that run on cookie power, so there's that too OuO
