Every king/queen sometimes require some unsavory work to be done in the background. Discretion is required to not lose face or the trust of their subordinates. Sometimes... it requires the job of someone specialized in dealing with specific targets in specific way. Accidents!? Message!? Outright murder!? Nothing is below our one-armed assassin when the queen requires dirty work to be done. Do not think because she has several "disadvantages" that she wouldn't put a fight or silently remove you for to be the queens assassin she would have proved more than competent enough to be chosen over others.
