Alright, so for Rose's and her brother Rion's mom, they had initially chosen to do this silly little five-hint hunting thing for her to figure out. I chose to jump in on it and draw silly little images for the whole thing. Took an hour or two, complete with Nostalgia Critic and Nostalgia Chick videos. Now, a lot of this won't make sense except to Rose and I, so I'll explain each image. xD
The guy in the beanie is Rion. He was an absolute BLAST to draw. The fox girl is Rose, and.....WELL I'M QUITE BLATANTLY OBVIOUS :I
I drew myself holding the sign each time, and whoever came up with the hint, I added in, showing a relevant-to-the-hint expression as well. xD
Image 1: This was from the present under the tree. The hint was to lead Rose's mom to the sink, where Rion 'makes most of his messes.' Having done the dishes several times during my stay here....this fucking makes sense. xD It was more a test to see how well I can quickly draw Rion and myself.
Image 2: Rose's hint! Of course, starting out as a reaction to Rion's antics. xD This leads to the towel that one of the family's cats, Daphne, sleeps on. This was my favorite actually, for the fact it came out the way I wanted to, with Rose acting all innocent and me with a towel on my face, implying that it was her fault. :B <3
Image 3: BEST. RION. DEPICTION. EVER. I fucking love getting to draw people with psychotic faces. sdgasdgas <3 SO MUCH FUN. Plus, Rion's running gag is that he always ANNOUNCES when he's 'leaving a stinker'. because that's JUST what you all needed to know. Do I even NEED to tell you guys where that hint is? XD
Image 4: Rose's hint again! :3 I was pretty out of it by now, especially after all the friggin' finger-food I wolfed down. xD But Rion and Rose helped keep me enthusiastic and awake, but still, I started getting lazy by this point. xD This hint leads to where Rose's mom (And their pet Pomeranian, Phoebe) retreats to. The sewing room, in the back! :3
Also, yeah, his 'stinkers'.....ISAAC, YOU HAVE FUCKING COMPETITION :C
Image 5: The last hint. xD Pretty much, when she picked this up, the gift was right to her right. I'M A LAZYASS. XD So no special poses or expressions. :B EITHER WAY. That was the end of the hunt, funny to watch, too!
And that was the whole set! Such a blast to draw, even though it caused me to get little to no sleep. xD Plus, the gift was a Mac Mini. We had kept her thinking that she was getting a new Sewing Mat from Rion, but it was actually from Rose, and Rion got her a Mac Mini. PERFECT PLAN! ANd I can hardly believe it worked. xD
Alas, that's all there is to it. Hope you guys enjoy this bout of dumb silliness. And for me, in 25 minutes, HAPPY NEW YEAR! <3
