Technically yes. The stories are just long (the first chapter was supposed to be a mere 10 pages...it ended up as 40) and I've had a bit of writer's block lately, but parts 2 and 3 will be published...eventually. As for your tableaux, I wouldn't object and I doubt the original artist would either.
That would be Chakat Stardust, captain of the Solaria. Chakat is the name of hir species, it's just often used as part of the introductions, sorta like a family name thing. Personally I think the guy who came up with them just wanted that name-dropped as often as possible for publicity reasons, but I digress. Anything else you need?
