well, Nickelodeon's Barnyard exists... A kids show, with cows who are both female and males, which doesn't make half a sense... So the udders is probably "OK" in general I suppose.
I don't get the body censor logic now, because of udders.

The reason why that is weird for males is because of the obvious reason especially when they squirt them.

there was a scene in some episode where they squirted udders on other characters as a prank, or something. If it weren't udders, they wouldn't make such scene, so udders are euphemism, probably.

and censorship is based around that. "protect our children", they say... Although, standards of censorship are varying from country to country, adding inconsistency to overall dynamic of what is inappropriate and what isn't.
