Guard: "Sir! There's been an intrusion! Artificial gravity is offline..."
Villain (upside down): "You don't say."
Guard: "...and some kind of semi-humanoid aquatic life-form is demanding to see you!"
Villain: "Semi humanoid? Aquatic? ...Merfolk. Hippy-dippy airheads, every last of them. Completely harmless, I assure you."
Guard: "But..."
Villlain: "Brought in here by activists as a stunt, no doubt. Probably here to deliver some wispy spiel about the environme--"
(The guard suddenly stops having a head, courtesy of the merfur's laser pistols.)
