-Can walk on its hind legs or are normally bipedal according to the Pokédex
-Based on a Mammal or Reptile (Exceptions included)
-Not Legendary, Mythical, or an Ultra Beast (Except Mewtwo and Mew)
Exceptional Pokémon: Lapras, Eevee & the Eeveelutions, Milotic, Greninja, Florges, Furfrou, Primarina
(Won't draw)
-Pee/Poop (Unless used in a humorous, sfw manner)

-Transformation of any sort (Except for Spirit Evolution or Biomerge Digivolution)
