I remember seeing this like 18 or 19 years ago and was wow'd by the costume at the time.
My eyes just shot up surprised seeing this on my submission list.
I even drew the character in like 2002 or 2003. the image was never uploaded on any website and it maybe lost.
Have to be honest: I never knew it was a cat + raccoon till you just mentioned it today so. I'm laughing at my own stupidity for not noticing it just before you messaged me XD or even back in the day.
