Well you can make them, but you'd be getting into sculpting out the shape of these hand paws, and then making a mold, then filling the mild with silicone and sticking a casting of your hand into it and letting the silicone set around it.
i think that mob that makes them very realistic werewolf costumes do that thing, their gloves are form fitting paws, made of silicone.

The other option would be cutting and shaping padding to shape the fake fur over your actual hands.
