Such a awesome confidence boost i got for myself when i saw earlier when i put myself Infront of Hall mirror and saw what i've achieved from sticking with my workout routine since September Last year doing 5-6 workouts per week with either Cardio or Hitting the gym lifting weight's and increasing the weight as i progress through the weeks and months.
Last year i was 97kg now i'm down to 86kg and wearing Medium Size T-shirts which i haven't worn since forever? Started roughly 6 years ago at 120kg with ups and downs but these past 10 months have been a blast since i've stuck with eating alot more home cooked meals and barely any Coke or sugar even though i guess at conventions i can spoil myself a little.
I've even sewn in my ''Mazrogal'' Suit which i will show later at EF25 same spot same position but with a slimmer Dragon! :D
