Such a sad yet very well made piece. Even without any words on the page or Spyro and Cynder having any sort of eye contact, you can tell how much pain and sadness are inflicting them. Spyro probably feeling these emotions from Ignitus being the first dragon he ever saw after hatching from his egg, thus realising who he really was. Cynder probably feels these emotions from Ignitus being one of the few who believed in her in being a good dragon despite having a tramatic and sad beginning and upbringing.

I love how there is little lighting in this image outside of the small flame, which brings your eyes towards it and explains everything you need to know about the story behind the image.

Normally, I wouldn't describe an image in this much detail but as Ignitus is my favourite Guardian dragon from the Legend of Spyro series and how wonderfully drawn and designed this image is, it had to be done. Take my favourite and watch right now. This is pure beauty.

The lighting did a great job delivering the atmosphere and emotions.
