A few weeks ago I binged watched My Hero Academia and started thinking what kind of character quirk I would have in that work. The result is Slipstream, a character with the ability to control water. I figure in story terms he's one of those character who starts out seeming relatively week, but rapidly becomes more and more powerful as he finds new uses, including blood bending, high pressure jets of water, and minor healing abilities. Suggestions on the costume and ablites are welcome.
