ive always looooooved your animations UGH ;; back when they were all over da i always wished i could commission you for one. THEYRE SO GOOD

Well I do much cheaper ones in black and white (just sketchy style) so you can grab one of those from me.

Just curious, what do those normally run D:?

Something like this (character has minimal accessories and a simple action, ie. running or jumping) would be $30 (colors, shading, scrolling bg). It would be $25 with just flat colors and no bg. $15 if you want something that's black and white, like sketchy pencil tests, but the advantage is you can get a slightly more complex action for the same price.

Something more complex but in color would be $35 or so, it goes up depending on how complex your character is

You get big (200 pixel) small, (100) and tiny (50) versions. I'll try to make the 50 pixel version smaller than 15kb if you intend to upload it to DA, but be forewarned the quality might be shitty if you ask for something more complex (Kravenyote's 50 pixel version under 15kb version came out crappy because it was so long and complicated, stuffing it into 15kb meant killing a lot of quality),

Wow, I'm actually astounded at how little your charging for these. I may have to save up for one of these.

Curious, for a bust up Expression take animation, what would that run. aka something along the lines of shoulders up of a character suddenly turning to the viewer with a surprised expression. The only fallow-through would be hair and possibly ears.

Same. He might not be moving as much, but I pay just as much attention to small moments as big, erratic movements like this. What you'll get is a lot of subtlety and character in that small moment.
This is WAY old, but it's similar to what you want.

My facial anatomy and timing has improved a lot more since then. As has my coloring and yadda yadda yadda, you need only look at Kravenyote's and this avatar to get that. I can throw a few more links at you of my animated shorts if you need further illustration.

For some reason the thing that catches my eye the most is the hair on the back of the neck. This is really lovely work. Makes me want to finish the animation I was working on now. XD
