This is a sample of what I'm currently working on while my batteries are recharging for Zyn Dweomer and other projects. Kind of getting back to my "roots" as it were...drawing for drawing's sake, enjoying the process, treating the brush as the final tool.
I do think this will end up in color, but I don't know for sure and I don't know when. The comic is scripted loosely and I'm guessing it will weigh in enough to fill a normal sized issue, which is cool.
Working title is still "Elfbone", which I think is an evocative word for some reason.

Thanks! I'm actually not finished with this panel. After looking at it again I think it needs more black on the far left. Going to add detail around the monolith.
Next three panels are done, plan to finish the page tonight. This is much more intensive work per page than I'm used to, but it's a real treat to work this way again.
