Pretty much, a poem i wrote after not having written in a while. It came out pretty good for going straight thru off the top of my head.

Icy stillness in the night
Causes careless thoughts to rise
Lonely dreamers seem to be
Hoping for some unknown thing
That which calls unto their souls
Sending shivers through their bones
Makes them stop to think again
Why they must be alone to spin
That lonely dream that seems to be
A song that lacks some melody
This dreaded tune so full of woe
Creeps inside their shaking bones
The winds that cast the song
Are the only company for those far gone
Into their hearts will sink the gloom
Of the air's most minor tune
The only way to feel alive
Is to take a leap and strive
To sing a tune of all your own
And let it mingle with the unknown
Let those lonely dreams subside
And let a little love inside
Love will come and then will find
The melody lost in the depths of time
