I used photoshop and mainly used the smudge tool and dodge and burn tools, the picture was already blue tinted so that helped me alot also xD

My friend I do not take gifts. But if you dont have a paypal I guess I have no choice. However if You will will take the job, I feel people do a better job if they get paid.
