Jan case is seem like two personalities (Jan and Werelioness) but he still have conscious when she take on right?
Or it's more like he can't control his urge, pressure and instinct when he become werelioness so she (or he) must let the action go with no way to control and to can't be help so he(or she) still have his conscious?

I have two universes for this char. In one he's conscious but being hostage of the lioness when she's on. He feels like his condition has ruined his life and have to get adapted to a wanderer life. For that reason he refuses his fate and tries always to control the lioness but there are different triggers who keeps him changing.
In the other universe he's more conscious about the condition since he was born with it. Once he got some mature age he started to change and have to find the balance between the human and the lioness making a final creature with the wilderness of the beast and the intelligence of the human.
