I kept waffling on an outfit for various reasons, but this is the design I think I'm going to go with. With that out of the way, here are some things to note about Nine:

- This character is NOT babyfur. Captured as a young demon for a variety of nefarious purposes, he was never properly toilet trained. He wears a diaper for a period, while Grim works to help him integrate properly. For artistic reference, it is plain, white cloth with simple, silver snaps.

- He wears simple, exceptionally baggy clothing.

- As a half-demon, his fur pattern resembles a big cat's, rather than a lesser's - a golden tabby tiger - and is extremely fluffy.

- Nine's hairstyle at this stage is a simple short, black buzz cut.

- Nine has a series of three claw-like scars across his right eye.

- His claws and nose are dark gray/black.

- Nine has fiery amber eyes; they can glow in the dark, lit up with magic. They will also appear to be on fire when he's using a lot of magic.

- Unlike Spooks, Nine doesn't need to hide his horns, as they've been snapped relatively close to his skull, and almost blend into his hair/ears. (It is currently unknown whether or not these will grow back.)

- As he does not understand any real language yet - save for what he's able to "read" off of people, or has picked up over the years - he wears a muzzle to keep him from biting people(his first defense mechanism).
- If one were to look in Nine's mouth, they'd find almost shark-like teeth placed in between the regular feline ones.

- Until he's properly domesticated, when he will have an adult's collar tailored for him, Nine wears a magical training collar that allows Grim a bit more control over him. This collar allows him to better understand whether he has done something good or bad, and gives Grim the ability to turn his magic off for a time.

- As a half-demon, Nine possesses magical powers, but due to his broken horns, they are halved. Most of his abilities seem to lie in red/fire magic, though he does have an uncanny knack for purple/empathetic magic, allowing him to pick up on certain feelings, and react quickly to them.

- Nine is extremely protective of Grim, and dislikes being away from her for long. He's wary of others coming too close to her, and will become aggressive quickly if he senses any form of rudeness directed her way. He's also a bit of a "mama's boy", and desperately wants to please her, often taking the form of a small kitten to sate her motherly instinct to baby those she cares for.
