I haven't had much experience with drawing pokemon (outside of that one anthro NSFW renamon ages ago) so when Zoen came to me talking about getting this commission done, I was pretty excited. I started doodling shortly after that, and finally decided to draw my take on an espeon versus going by-the-pokedex, and kinda tried to subtly use that pokemon trainer aesthetic with the BG, and added in his pokeball of choice.
