A Random Na'vi Boy from the movie Avatar.

He's happy cause he's away from all those weird skypeople. Sure he's heard stories but its probably all exaggerated anyway. Hurray for a peaceful life! For now anyway...

I really like this pic and loved doing it. It's in Black and White only, cause thats my preference. He looks a bit more tiger-like because the markings are all in black. Although I love how it looks, I want to try using different forms of shading for them next time, to make the markings less jarring. I'm also thinking of shading the skin with crosshatching instead of dots. I used the dots for now to experiment with shading, and also because the Na'vi have all those little dots on their skin which light up at night so I thought it would be a good combination.
