'Red Pesto Pasta' (Omnivorous optional!)

<Super quick and easy to make actually!>
Will Need; (serves 4-6)
-Red Pesto (2 bottles)
-Sundried Tomatoes (1/2 bottles or a small-Med tub from any Deli)
-Broccolini (1 bunch)
-1/2kilos of Shell Pasta (Penne, Twists or butterflies also good though)
-Chorizo pack (or bacon, bratwurst or knackwurst/or what ever you prefer)
~Mushroom also if you want!
~Red Capsicum if you want also!

►Boil a big' ol pot of water for your Pasta. Salt the water for that to cook in with to taste (I find a dribble of cooking oil on the water surface in just before putting your pasta in helps it not stick together as much also)
Once up to a boil, put your pasta in for 10'odds mins
►Chop your veg and Meat into bite-sized bits and put your meats into another smaller saucepan on med heat to cook through
►Once your Pasta is cooked, drain and set aside whilst using the now-empty boiling pot to put your veg and Pesto into. Toss through until combine on a Med-low heat for a bit with a lid to cover to steam & cook that a bit.
[drain the Sundried tomatoes a bit of their oils for a less intensely oily version/flavour]
►Add your Pasta back in once the veg has softened a little (It's nicer with the vegetables a little more on the aldente' side tbh!) and your meat-side should be about ready also but this time
►Serve and enjoy! ❤
Takes less than half an hour most of the time! ^_^

Damn, that was delicious! I think it would be a great addition if you add some grated cheddar and let it melt for a couple of minutes with the lid on. Maybe even add like 50-100 ml milk or cream before you add the cheese and let it simmer for 5 minutes to give everything a nice creamy texture. :3
