That's alteration of DNA to basically duplicate neural pathways and synapses (aka, maturing a brain so that it's synchronized with another brain allowing for the electrical impulses responsible for action, thought etc to take place in an alternative host). That's not at all what I mean: I mean like...Human/Na'vi children or Hyena/Iguana mixes. ; P

Phenomenal! You captured the bioluminescient qualities perfectly.
I especially love that the scenery surrounding the focus is somewhat blurred, really making the Na'vi stand out.
Her hair and face is lovely, by the way.

Nice work on the expression. Color is well-ballanced, shading and lighting are jawdropping and the anatomy is just beautiful.
The only thing that looks a bit odd is the right arm. It's probably because of the shading in the chest, which makes it look like it's behind the arm and not in front of it; this, plus the slightly different elbow, makes the forearm look way shorter than the upper arm. But the left artm proportions are fine.
