This is Earl with a lorikeet on his shoulder from when we went down to Kentucky Down Under. They eat nectuar, and they're surprisingly gentle.

However, his friend who's house we were staying at, has a fear of birds. Well she thought this would be a good way to get over that. Yea...that's right...go into an enclosed area, with at least two dozen birds that swarm all over you because they want that nectuar. She looked like Tippi Hedren right out of a scene from 'The Birds'.

Earl and I, however, had a fun time in there. I can't believe how well this came out.
