Blacksad's gonna be doing the talking because big feet are sensitive that's how his feet are. I was thinking... maybe after the interrogation, they'll give them the "hands of relaxation", magical hands that'll massage their feet but also makes them amnesiac about the whole interrogation once their foot massage ends, they won't remember what they've said.
It’s pretty random though, no offense. They’re in an interrogation room not a place full of magic. If anything, they should use one of those memory erasing machines similar to the one used by Rick Dicker from The Incredibles (he used it on Kari in the short, Jack-Jack Attack, and then on Tony in Incredibles 2)

Anyway, I have to admit that Blacksad and the horse character's feet are so huge here. More huge than the brush that are tickling their feet, but it's not bad thing, instead it's a good one.
Nice to see that Blacksad's feet are slightly huge than the horse's ones

Thanks, pal! Yeah, it's been so long since I drew him, so I was happy to draw him again in this. I was going for a size difference between him and the horse, and I realize that I did make their feet more huge than those hairbrushes if one of them were to be held by a hand, then the hand would be pretty small in contrast to their massive feet, but I'm glad you like that though, heh. ^^'
Anyways, about the size difference I mentioned, I made Blacksad's feet bigger than the horse's because Icefrozen and Sketcher wrote the horse to be younger than Blacksad, so I wanted to show that by their contrast in height and foot size. :3
I like to think they were in the middle of a case that the FBI is supposed to be handling but they got more evidence to this case than the FBI did, and arrested them and thought of a harmless torture method like tickling to get some answers about what they found so the agency can get credit in solving the case. XD

Tickling is probably the best method of interrogation to use for someone tough and strong willed like Blacksad, when actual pain or psychological methods could be less effective but when you've got rather large feet that are probably quite tender and it's likely that you're not used to being tickled it's not something you'd necessarily expect. From the looks of it Blacksad and his equine companion are quite sensitive and the only reason they might not talk if that they'll laugh themselves hoarse first or maybe the interrogator might get a little carried away and just keep tickling them even if they do decide to talk.
Hopefully they'll come out of the situation with no real harm save to their dignity though perhaps their shoes and socks could have been unfortunately mislaid so Blacksad and his fellow detective will have to go barefoot a while longer.

Heh, if I was the one tickle-interrogating them, I very much would keep their shoes and socks all to myself for classified smelling purposes. >w>
