...Yeah, the graham cracker mix I had was no good, that had to be tossed :B
BUT
This is almost 'no bake' - I had a large packet of Oreo crumbs from an Oreo "pre made" pie, that I mixed with 3 tablespoons melted margarine, then baked in the oven for 10 minutes at 350 F
Then I had a packet of vanilla pudding, mixed that with 2 cups milk and my last vanilla bean (just do it cold and whisk according to instructions...if you like your pudding fluffier use whipping cream instead :B)
De pitted 1 cup Rainier cherries (or any other cherry is fine) and 1 cup blueberries...
Let the crust cool off, then put in the pudding (also chilled in the refrigerator once set) then topped with cherries and blueberries...
And the secret to the fruit glaze....
(come closer)
(a bit more)
>_>
<_<
ITS JELLY
That's right, 2 tablespoons of jelly (I used seedless raspberry, but you can use nearly any kind like grape, apricot, apple, etc) plus one to two teaspoons water in your saucepan - just 'melt' that down on medium heat in a small saucepan, and glaze the berries with the jelly mix and you will get that glossy finish!
Then serve with a big ol' spoon and bowl and enjoy!
(You could also make this with fruit pudding like strawberry, or banana, or whatever suits your taste, and mix more fruit in there as well)
Whew!
