Late reply so sorry if you aren't interested anymore, but it looks to me like digital with a watercolour-effect brush and an overall paper texture. On their page they have a folder for watercolour "style" pieces, so that makes me think their work is digital. I could be wrong though! (The text is def digital but it could be added after.) Really beautiful illustrations regardless of technique, though.
