So, here's a fun fact.
The reason why the first game has so many Mumbo tokens is because after defeating Grunty, she was supposed to turn Banjo into a frog and then Tooty would put on the backpack and you'd have to go find more tokens so that Mumbo could turn Banjo back.
Alas, they ran out of time in production and had to scrap that part of the game.
