HEAD

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
Head is more snug putting on than anticipated, but not much so as to seriously impair putting on. Once on, fits well and sits securely, making wide array of movement possible without falling off. Visibility is good. However ventilation is only reasonably possible through through the mouth due to being a resin base, so the head can get stuffy quickly. Horns have a good amount of give without being loose fitting. All in all head feels solid and not overly fragile and doesn't require highly delicate handling / transporting.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
Final appearance matched given reference very well. Fur is high quality and brushes smoothly. Eyes are static as requested. Expression is good, in range of what was requested and can be made expressive with use of the hinged jaw.

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
Tail fits on belt loops, sits securely and is easy to put on. Construction feels solid. Tail is too short, as requested, to be felt moving or wiggle too much.

Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume pieces look from the outside.
Tail matches reference well and overall appearance is good. Pattern done well.

How well does everything fit together and match up?
Highly satisfied with the overall appearance of the of the suit when put together. Nature of partial means that seam/pattern matching between pieces is a non issue.


How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
Made contact with the seller through a local Telegram group chat, all communication with them was also done through Telegram as well.


How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
Maker's responses were always prompt.


How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
Maker highly professional and pleasant through out order and production. Was happy to answer any questions and clarify any issues.


How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
Maker initially predicted suit would be finished just before FWA, but was able to complete it 2 weeks ahead of time to have it done before a personal trip before the convention. Maker kept me up to date at all times.


Are you happy with the product you received?
Highly satisfied overall with both suit and maker. Maker does high quality work, especially with construction and furring. Suit was definitely worth the price paid and seems as it will last for a good while.


Describe your overall experience with this maker.
Maker has been highly professional and pleasant throughout the entire process and has done an amazing job with this suit. Final appearance was amazing and was a big hit at FWA, getting a lot of compliments and photos. I would highly recommend them.
