I was inspired from this pic and wrote a bit of a short story to go with this pic too, enjoy!
"she caught me red-handed dammit..." Vincent muttered to himself as he jumped the short wall of the parking garage, scrambling away from the young cop-girl who'd caught him trying to steal the wheels off of an SUV. she was between him and his pickup, so he booked it down the ramp to the ground floor, hearing her yelling behind him as she hoofed it after him, taser in hand.
Officer Maria Norton was just responding to a trespassing call in the parking structure when she saw the theft-in-progress, seeing a guy in a ski mask loading tires from an SUV on cinderblocks into the back of an idling pickup. Her work shift almost over and her inner wolf beginning to grow restless, all she wanted was one last nice easy call so she could go home and transform in comfort and privacy...
"You need to, RRrrgh!!.. Stop!! Stop NOW!!, RRAAUGH!! *pant, pant* Y-you wont like what'll happen if you dont STOP NOW!!" She yelled, her powerful instincts already flooding her senses as she began to change, her uniform shredding as she clutched her badge, bulking up with muscle and fur.
Looking over his shoulder as he ran, Vincent's eyes widened with terror as the petite young cop behind him got bigger, stronger, faster, and furrier by the second, growling and barking ferociously as she caught up with him in seconds. her uniform was in tatters strung about her powerful form, her dark fur blending into the darkness of the night as Vince finally looked ahead of him and screeched to a halt, realizing the alleyway he'd blindly ran through was blocked by a tall fence.
Maria advanced on the thief, growling, she was in full control of herself but didnt want this guy to know it yet, she was first gonna make this guy pay for messing up her evening plans. she slowed to a stop and glared at the guy, her fangs barred in annoyance, a low growl vibrating from the back of her throat as the young man pressed himself back against the fence in sheer terror.
"W-wha, w-w-what in the hell are you!" he barely managed to squeak out, shaking from head-to-toe at the monstrous being in front of him.
growling again, Maria unfurled her powerful clawed hand, revealing the badge from her uniform. looking him straight in the eyes as she plainly told him:
"I'm the K9 unit, asshole..."
"P-please... d-dont eat me! i-i-i will never do it again, i promise! OH GAWD I DONT WANNA DIEEEE!!!"
Maria facepalmed, watching yet another moron lose all composure as the young thief hysterically cried and begged and.. ugh this was painful to watch...
"Oh for the love of... shut up, I SAID SHUT IT!!!" she snarled at him, grabbing the cuffs from the remnants of her uniform pants and slapping it to his wrists before dragging him behind her towards the main road. she'd managed to radio ahead before fully turning this time, and had a paddy wagon waiting there for the sniveling mess she was dragging behind her.
"UUUGHhh thanks a lot for the extra paperwork jackass..." she growled at her prisoner as he shivered in fear at her glare, "my shift was supposed to end ten minutes ago, and it's hard as hell to write arrest reports with these massive hand-paws y'know!" she added with an irritated snort.

thanks! it just seemed natural for her to say, kinda half as a joke but menacing in all the right ways!
ohh the brass knows, in fact she's kind of the police mascot for the town! she refused to go along with the proposed "take a bite outta crime!" ad campaign however, she's sooo tired of hearing that phrase... but they figure the huge decrease in overall crime in town since she became a powerful werewolf is worth the spike in police uniform costs!

i really like this OC and will definetly get more content featuring her in the future, but i'm trying not to neglect my other OC's either, i got 7-8 characters in my various headcanons nowadays lol!
