Matt was always a big fixture in the life of his best friend, Del, being there to resolve a conflict or just to help break stuff. Not as public or troublesome as his "brother" Matt was always very solitary save for maybe 4 or 5 individuals. Though it was usually something Delta dragged Matt into is when he had shined most for a personality most thought wasn't befitting of a younger Matt. Usually fiery and just as showy as his best friend when Del's shenanigans sparks another fire, Matt was always there like a fire extinguisher to put the situation to rest. He was not so clueless as to see Del's play for this specific cosplay, but he was no doubt very appreciative of his brother's gesture. He wouldn't let his friend down and just be mopey most or all the time, he'd have to show that same fire his brother always had going.
