River otters in a native world I created from scratch; the birthing custom of the mothers is to make sure the baby is born with a running current over it's head! Usually only the grandmother and mate are present for this, to make sure things go smoothly. Baby otters born in the river are sure to be blessed by the River god and live long, healthy days!
