in the TOR Tokuten DVD, they says Veigue is called "kurea" 256 times in the entire game

256, at least ;) and he really does say Claire's name every line it seems (Kurea=romanji for Claire, if not aware already^^)

but yeah, the video is one that i found a 2 years ago and love it very much

Have you tried using proxy servers to get around China's web filter? It's quite simple but adds to the ping times, but better than nothing.
Do a Google search: Public Proxy Servers. And find a server in the United States or Europe and set your web browser to use that server as a proxy. That way your PC is using that server instead of your ISP directly. And there, all blocked websites are unlocked now.
I used to do that to get around my High Schools filter...heh.
