Flying Super Hero with Military Surplus Costume
One of the thigns I used to do, was scrounge around the many many surplus stores in the San Francisco bay Area, and collect things. From this, I would sometimes assemble costumes from these to make hall costumes for conventions, or outfits for one of our many super 8mm movies. I don't remember how this character came aboutl but he was supposed to be a low budget, but durable superhero, with a flak vest, and a jet pack of some sort. Here are rough inks.
