Sloppy eh? x3 I think it's beautiful, particularly the eye. I suppose sleepyness can be a force for artistic experimentation in a roundabout way XD. The mouth does seem a little flat next to the scarf, but the scarf is handled in a very realistic looking way. As someone who wears a scarf often in the winter I can say they're very hard to get adjusted evenly. The hair isn't up to your usual standard. But that doesn't do much harm. Nice sketch :)

Something about this is off. Can't say what yet. Maybe I'll understand it tomorrow. I think its a disagreement in depth on the left and right eyes and eyebrows, and the muzzle's apparent orientation against the alignment of the features themselves, eyes, nose, mouth, etc. I think your 90-degree isn't at 90. You caught what I have. Take antibiotics.

Why the random hair/ear black?

Tips of ear is melanistic. The hair is dyed black at the tips.

I see what cge was getting at. You cut off the side of her head; there should be more there where the far eye is. The narrowness of it creates the illusion that her forehead is sloping opposite to the angle it should, that her right eye is too high up, and that the bricksnout is wider at the end than her actual face. Other than that, it looks okay, although the folds in the scarf are a bit too regular.
