Name: Miyuki Shinden

Superhero alias: Tempest Blade

Species: Kitsune

Gender: Female

Age: unknown

Place of Birth: Unknown village in Japan.

Description: 5’3” kitsune with white fur, waist lenght ice blue hair, yellow eyes and 5 tails. Civilian disguise is of a simple Arctic fox, no tell tale signs that she’s a kitsune. Brown eyes and white hair, stands at 5’1” as a civilian, smaller cup size then her normal form.

Personality: Cool, collected, can be mischievous and a bit lusty. Easy to get along with if you stay on her good side.

Attire: Wears a deep purple dress, modified to show off her body and thigh high boots that are the same colour. Wears a Jingasa coloured a navy blue. Also wears a greyish collar with yellow markings, used to keep her dress up, two violet ribbons and a purplish-blue domino mask.

Powers and Abilities:

Lighting powers: Can generate lighting and use it in battle, able to control the voltage. Often uses it to shock enemies, or in extreme cases to coat the blades of her weapons into a cutting edge.

Swordsmanship: Is said to be a really good swordsman, bordering on being an expert. Carries a katana and a wakizashi both with blunt edges. Her main weapons, can coat them in a lighting field to let them cut. Can use one or dual wield them both.

Illusions and trickery: Due to being a kitsune, she can cast small illusions in the heat of combat, enough to break an enemies concentration for even a bit. But backs that up with being able to trick them.


Weaknesses:

Durability: Has just slightly above average durability, can be taken out if hit enough times. Or if shot or hit by anything. She relies on agility to make up for it.

Cheap Shots: Goes hand in hand with Durability. But cheap shots to certain body parts can bring her down.

Overexertion: If pushed too hard she can feel herself feeling fatigued and weaken. While she’ll try to fight still at least to get to a safe distance, Tempest Blade’s thoughts would mainly turn to flight.

Unable to use her Kitsune Powers: Not a game changer, but she can be hampered if her illusions are somehow taken out of the picture, or if render useless with the use of some sort of technology.

Electricity Dampening Tech: Same with the Kitsune powers above. Not enough to fully hinder her but still enough to get her in a tight spot.


Bio:

Not much is known about Miyuki Shinden’s past, other then some vague stuff. What little is known is that she grew up in a town in Japan, in a hidden kitsune community. She refuses to disclose the name of the town, or even where it’s located.

When asked about her past, Miyuki just oftens laughs and brushes it off. She says she had a loving family and friends. When asked about what made her become a superheroine, she normally turns serious. She says she witnessed crime rising up in her home town, seeing people take advantage of the poor, of the down trodden. Of families like her own. She had spent years keeping her head down, hearing the news spread like wildfire each day, until something snapped in her head.

Miyuki eventually declared ‘No more’ and fashioned an outfit, waging a secret war against the greedy and the corrupt. She quickly earned the name Tempest Blade due to her powers and use of swords, becoming a folk hero for her town.

While as Tempest Blade she was being celebrated, as Miyuki she spent years creating a civilian disguise of a single tailed arctic fox. Eventually, once she was sure her town would be safe she left, wanting to travel the world or so she says.

In recent years she has appeared in Neolythia City, seemingly called there for unknown reasons. She takes up being a lawyer, taking only certain clients, as she once again started her crusade of fighting to protect the innocent. She operated, but kept to the shadows before Whitescar had appeared on the scene. No one knows how long that is, as she jokes switching between she was there decades before to she only started a year or two before shit started to go down. Or that she had only just appeared in the city, always brushing off the answers as she does with most of her past.

She is friendly to the other Superheroes, eager to work alongside them, tangling with the supervillains, helping the innocent or appearing at fund-raisers. She has grudgingly respect to the Parasol, understanding what she does but still tries to stop her.

She appears to those down dark alley ways, to those in trouble. Her white fur often shining like a beacon of hope, sword or swords drawn before charging into battle, often with a cry of ‘No more!’

She likes hanging out with the others, joking and having fun. Comparing notes, and just having a good time.
