I rarely laugh while drawing, and boy, did I laugh during this! xD
The other night, I wound up watching a youtube clip of the ending scene in "Breakfast at Tiffany's": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YnOfomPgETs Next thing I knew, I was imagining Mikey and Roger reenacting the scene (with a few notable changes), because I'm a sucker for kisses in the rain. x3
Then I remembered that Kevin is an orange cat, just like the cat in the movie. So naturally, I ended up picturing poor Kevin lodged right between Mikey and Roger as they smooch. xD
Welp, there was nothing else to do but draw that idea, and here we are!

Awww, thank you very much! It means a lot that you like this particular pic, especially since I decided this is how Mikey and Roger officially decide to become an official couple. Heh-heh, believe it or not, I based Kevin's expression off of the one he got when Michelle put her leg in his face in order to convince him to work out. xD
And there's a little more irony to this: Kevin actually plays a big part in helping Mikey and Roger get together. So here in this pic, he's actually the glue holding them together. ;D Rofl!

Lol, Kevin doesn't think so. He's straight, after all. Plus he's out in the middle of cold, pouring rain. But it's kind've ironic, since in my story, Kevin plays an important role in helping Mikey and Roger get together, so in this pic, he's kind've representing the glue holding them together. ;D

Well... alright, here's some spoilers: Mikey and Roger get together on their own, but when things start to get serious, they both panic and breakup. All of their friends decide to try and get them back together, but it's Kevin who ends up playing the biggest part. x3

Is this just before Mikey's senior year? Mikey had been in the closet out of fear of being ostracised if someone found out. Kevin has a big mouth, so Mikey also worried that he would let someone else know that Mikey is gay. I guess that Kevin swore himself to silence, and this meeting must have taken place off-campus.
Ah, in the old version of my fanfic, this took place towards the end of Mikey's junior year, but I've reworked my story to where something like this happens much later, after they've both graduated. But yeah, Kevin does have a "Let us never speak of this again" policy about this moment. XD
