I’ve wanted to do my own lil Keith Haring-inspired Pride icons for a long time and finally got around to it! it was surprisingly difficult to mimic his style since my line style is wayyy different from his, but I’m happy w/ the results

my personal favorite Pride flag is the 9-stripe diversity flag Gilbert Baker updated his original design to in 2017 https://dragimal.tumblr.com/post/18.....sen-tamizhnadu . I just think it’s so lovely, and I personally feel the most connection to and comfort in his og rainbow flag more than any other

my other favorite flag is Tumblr user shamelessfancies‘ https://shamelessfancies.tumblr.com.....hameless+stuff take on a solidarity flag– y’know, the one w/ the circle in the middle? I love the Philadelphia solidarity flag too, but obviously I couldn’t meld that design well w/ the 9-stripe flag. anyways, I had to add a few more tones to match the number of stripes in this version, but I still want to give credit where it’s due for the idea and most of the tones themselves
